Options: Our service offering combines both tailored vehicle finance and one-on-one education to enable employees to make an informed decision.

Flexibility: Package allocation is tailored to your employees’ needs, offering the best package that matches the chosen vehicle and lease term with the lifestyle of the staff member.

Purchasing Power: Elite has extensive relationships within the new motor vehicle industry enabling us to purchase vehicles at the best price. Similarly, our wholesale division permits us to purchase used and demonstrator vehicles at significantly better than retail price which results in a low cost to package for employees.

Fuel Card: Elite offers a multi-branded service that facilitates the purchase of fuel, repairs, tyres, servicing and maintenance, car wash and top up oils. Each employee that enters into a vehicle finance arrangement with Elite will be provided with a Motorpass card.

Low-Cost Maintenance & Running Costs: Pre-negotiated trade rates at all major service suppliers throughout Australia.

Clear & Transparent Invoicing: To ensure that our itemised invoices are user friendly, Elite provides sub-invoices distinguished by department and cost centre. Sub-totals are also provided inclusive of employee name, vehicle registration, make, model and invoice period.

Detailed Driver Reporting Programs: Our regular reports assist employees and employers to better monitor and manage Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) tracking and operating costs.

Exceptional Customer Service: Customer service excellence is managed through our quality assurance program and reported to our clients.

One-on-One Customer Service: Elite believes in good, ‘old fashioned’ customer service. Every Elite team member has a dedicated landline and/or mobile number and email address. We do not operate a call centre so your employees will never be on hold for extensive periods waiting to be put through to the right person.

Industry Knowledge: Elite recruits experienced staff with motor vehicle and finance industry experience. Our staff members combined have over 50 years experience in the salary packaging, fleet management and motor vehicle dealership industries.

The SAVY® System: Elite’s corporate philosophy of collaboration with external entities is visible through the development of our Salary and Vehicle Analysis (SAVY®) system. Elite recognised the need for an innovative analysis tool that could cater for the interaction between the increasing volumes of employee wage structure evaluations conducted and the individual salary packaging and lifestyle scenarios.

SAVY® is an easy-to-use system developed by Elite’s in-house personnel. Our customer relationship manager enters key information into the SAVY® including employee’s general details, salary, vehicle preference and lease term. The SAVY® has a back-end link to the Glass’s Guide (for new and used vehicle prices and specifications) and caters for all manufacturer brands so Elite is able to quote on any vehicle your employee is seeking to lease.

Specialised Services: Elite outsources specialised vehicle management roles to experienced personnel. This enables Elite to offer you greater geographical coverage for your fleet management needs. Services such as test drives, vehicle delivery and valuations are undertaken by trusted partners in our national motor vehicle network so you receive responsive, high quality service, whatever your location.

Extended Family Offering: To maximise salary packaging benefits through the packaging of vehicles for family members.
