A Cash Claim may currently be submitted online using the Cash Claim Entry Form.
By using the online form, you are able to ensure that all odometer readings are recorded, thereby enabling us to provide improved reporting regarding expenditure patterns and FBT tracking.
Cash Claims processed manually by Elite will not be processed with the same level of detail due to the excessive additional cost pressures this level of data entry requirement would have on our fees.
A fuel card is provided for the most reliable electronic tracking of expenditure. Where possible, your fuel card should be used for all expenditure, with the exception of registration and insurance premium payments. Please enquire of your service provider whether they accept the MotorPass Fuel Card, especially for such purchases as fuel, maintenance services, smash repairs and tyres.
